Previewing Training Results
You can preview the result of applying a semantic segmentation or regression model to a selected dataset with the options in the Apply box, shown below. You should note that the Apply options are available on the Model Training panel and on the Model Overview panel of the Deep Learning tool.

How to Preview Training Results
- Do the following to open the Deep Learning tool and load your trained model, if required.
- Choose Artificial Intelligence > Deep Learning Tool on the menu bar, if the Deep Learning Tool is not already onscreen.
- Select the required model on the Model Overview panel.
- Click the Load button to load the selected model.
- Display the dataset you want to apply a preview to in a maximized 2D view, recommended (see Scenes and Views).
- Navigate to a representative image slice and zoom the view, if required (see Using the Manipulate Tools).
You should note that only the section of the dataset that is currently visible in the view will be processed.
- Select the dataset currently in the view in the Input drop-down menu.
- Click the Preview button.
For semantic segmentation models, a one-slice multi-ROI is computed for the section of the dataset that is currently visible in the selected 2D view.
For regression models, a one-slice dataset is computed for the section of the dataset that is currently visible in the selected 2D view.
Note You can generate additional previews of different slices, as well as change the zoom factor of the view, to fully evaluate your model.
